These past few weeks I have been on a bit of a psychological high. Every single session I have been to in the past three weeks, I have bettered my PB in at least one type of lift. I can now consistently front squat 55kgs and back squat around 60. Just yesterday I cleanded 47 1/2 (my old PB being 45kgs) without realising it and my coach had me solidly cleaning a couple sets of 50kg cleans!! Making a 5kg jump in my PB in one session is a huge step and I plan to continue on this improvement streak. Although it would not have been possible without the help and advice of Lee Attrill and the guys at CSI. Lee is the main reason I have made such quick improvements in weight while still going at a slow enough pace that my technique is solidified.
